Hi there, lovelies -

First things first, thank you all SO much for your sweet comments and kind words about my surgery yesterday!  The amount of social media comments, snapchats, emails and text messages I received throughout the day made me feel unbelievably loved and I'm so thankful for each and every one of you!  The surgery went really well and I was able to come home yesterday evening.  I'm in a little bit of pain and as expected, pretty uncomfortable, but SO happy it's over.  I'll be spending the next few days at home, taking it easy and recovering.  We should have results by the end of the week, so we're still praying for a positive outcome!  Again, thank you all for your support, it means more to me than you'll ever know!

Ok, on to this cute, little outfit!  I've been looking everywhere for the perfect high-waisted shorts and finding them in blush was just the cherry on top!  (And they're less than $100!)  I love wearing a dressy short during Spring & Summer and then right into Fall with a chunky sweater.  Also, I'm loving the oversized fit of this peasant blouse!  It's a little hard to tell in the photo, but the lace detail on the top is the exact color of the shorts, so I love that it has a blush detail to it.  (Under $100, as well!)  I'll definitely be styling this top other ways, too - it would look so cute with high-wausted flare jeans!

Thanks so much for stopping by and cheers to the ALMOST weekend!!  xx.
