Knits + Stripes

Cardigan: Chicwish c/o | Dress: Shop Julianas c/o | Tights: Commando | Booties: ASH {obsessed} | Crossbody: Rebecca Minkoff | Sunglasses: Prada | Necklace: Baublebar c/o | Bracelets: Stella & Dot c/o | Rings: David Yurman + Gorjana c/o | Lips: Bobbi Brown 'Petal'

A stripe dress is such a classic, closet staple.  I love how this specific one can transition through the seasons.  It's short sleeve, so it's great to belt and through on with heels in the warmer months, or bundle up with a long cardi and tights like I did.  Versatility is huge for my wardrobe, especially for closet staples like cotton dresses.  You can't go wrong with a simple black + white look!

Thanks so much for stopping by, xx.

It's no surprise that I love a good neutral color palette, but especially when sequins are involved!

Blush + Neutrals

Untitled #36

As if I needed to add even more blush + cream to my closet, but these beauties are worth the splurge! I'm loving this dress for a Spring garden party or shower and this light-weight sweater is perfect for dressing up a pair of distressed denim.  And these accessories, whew, I can't even deal.  So chic, so beautiful.  From the handbag to the lipstick, I need each and every one of these items for Spring!

Thanks so much for stopping by, x.

Pink Champagne

Top: Joie {sadly just sold out, but loving this + this} | Jeans: J Brand | Crossbody: Rebecca Minkoff | Shoes: Valentino | Watch: Michele c/o | Bracelet: David Yurman | Sunglasses: Ray Ban c/o | Rings: David Yurman + Gorjana c/o | Earrings: Pink Peonies Collection | Lips: Bobbie Brown 'Petal' + YSL 'Rouge Pur Couture' #7

I hope you all had a lovely weekend!  It's been so cold and rainy here lately (+ a little snow last week, too) so I was so excited when it actually got up to 50 degrees on Saturday!  After being in NYC where it was 9 degrees, I'll take what I can get here in SC!
I fell in love with this Joie top the moment I saw it.  I initially clicked on it because of the color combination, but once I saw the actual color of the top was called 'Pink Champagne' I was completely sold.  I've been a big fan of Joie for quite some time and love everything about their Spring collection.  A blouse + skinny jeans combo is such an easy outfit to throw on and go, but can easily be dressed up or down, which I love.

As always, thanks so much for stopping by, x.

Bare Minerals | Complexion Rescue

Complexion Rescue | Mascara | Eye Shadow Palette (2) | Bronzer | Brush | Well Rested | Perfume | Lipstick c/o Bare Minerals

Happy Friday, loves!  We finally made it to the weekend, so first off - cheers to that! {pop, fizz, clink}
Secondly, if you haven't tried this new product, Complexion Rescue by Bare Minerals, you HAVE to, have to try it!!  I don't usually get too excited about beauty products, nor do I claim to be a super talented beauty blogger, but this stuff is seriously amazing.  I love a good tinted moisturizer, simply to have around the house for lazy days when you don't feel like putting on your entire face of make up.  Especially while running errands, going to the gym or during the warmer months when you can get by with less coverage because your skin is already glowing.  But, this product is so much more than just a tinted moisturizer.  It feels so amazing on, super light weight and has a really great medium coverage.  Right now (while I'm super pale with no tan #fail), I'm wearing it under my normal foundation and I love the way it makes my skin glow.  It gives you just enough of a dewy look, without looking overly oily.  I have to admit, I'd never actually tried Bare Minerals until recently (with CR being my first) and I have fallen in love with the line.  All of the products I linked above have quickly made their way into my duly routine and I couldn't be happier about it!

As always, thanks so much for stopping by!  I wanted to say a quick thank you for all of your sweet comments about NYC.  Like I mentioned in Monday's post, I was a little hesitant to attend, simply because I never want to be that superficial person that tries to be someone she's not.  I always want to make sure my blog is a genuine reflection of my personality + style and any little bit of success I've come across is completely and totally because of you guys.  While continuing to take steps forward in growing For All Things Lovely and attending events such as NYFW, I can't tell you how much your support and encouraging words mean.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading + following each and every day.  You'll never know how much it means to me! xoxo.

Pink + Lace

Trench: Goodnight Macaroon c/o {last seen here} | Jeans: A Gold E {faves} | Tank: Cami NYC c/o | Crossbody: Rebecca Minkoff | Shoes: Valentino | Watch: Michele c/o | Ring: David Yurman | Bracelet: David Yurman | Earrings: Nordstrom | Sunglasses: Karen Walker | Lips: Bobbi Brown 'Petal'

What can I say, I love a good pink, cream + distressed jean combination.  Not only is this trench so feminine, but I love the lace detail of this Cami NYC tank.  The fringe at the top of the sweetheart cut lace is such a chic detail that I was instantly drawn to.  I've already gotten so much use out of this RM crossbody!  The light grey color goes with almost anything and the perfect size for throwing all of your necessities in + completely functional to wear.  I knew I loved the style of this bag, but debated on which color to get for so long.  I'm SO happy I finally decided on the 'putty'!  And last, but not least, these distressed jeans are the perfect, staple jean for any closet.  Just the right amount of distress, a super chic dark wash and a stretchy feel that is so comfortable.  A Gold E has quickly become one of my new favorite brands!

Thanks so much for stopping by, x.

While in NYC #NYFW

Photos c/o my beautiful friend, McKenna Bleu

Shirt: J.Crew Factory | Sweater: Everlane c/o | Jeans: J Brand | Booties: ASH {also here} | Crossbody: Rebecca Minkoff {also here} | Bow: ASOS | Hat: Club Monaco {on major sale!} | Jacket: Kingdom & State c/o | Bracelet: David Yurman | Watch: Michele c/o | Ring: David Yurman | Lips: YSL 'Rouge Pur Couture' #31

I hope you all had a great weekend!  I'm back from NYC and so, so thankful for the unbelievable experience I had there.  I met so many beautiful people and made the best memories.  Although I was only there for three days, I am beyond tired!  I've always heard other bloggers say how badly your feet hurt after the first couple of days and man, were they right!  Constantly changing clothes and running around the city in 4 inch heels make for long, busy days, but I wouldn't trade them for anything.  Since this was my first time going, I was a little nervous to attend, but I'm so, so glad I did.  I learned so much and made so many great connections with brands, designers and other girls in the blogging world.  I'm already looking forward to Fall Fashion Week and will definitely have a better idea of what to expect.  Thank you all so much for all of your sweet + encouraging comments while I was preparing to leave and while I was in NYC.  Some girls get a bad reputation for attending Fashion Week while being such a little fish in a big pond, but we're all there for one reason - following our passion and love for all things fashion.  I feel so lucky to have met so many beautiful friends through blogging and feel so blessed to be able to attend something as amazing as Fashion Week.  You guys are the best - thanks for being so lovely.

As always, thanks so much for stopping by, x.

Rosey

Sweater: Goodnight Mararoon c/o | Pants: J.Crew | Shoes: Valentino | Handbag: Louis Vuitton | Sunglasses: Karen Walker | Earrings: Baublebar c/o | Watch: Michael Kors | Bracelet: David Yurman | Ring: David Yurman | Lips: Bobbie Brown 'Petal'

My go to color palette, on my favorite street, with my favorite accessories.  That just about covers it!

Super busy day today in NYC!! McKenna and I are having the best time running around to meetings and events + ordering in pizza and eating in bed.  Don't worry, we're doing it all with the best view of the city at the Bentley Hotel.  I mean, a girls gotta eat, right?!  We worked off enough carbs today to enjoy a little pizza in bed...or at least that's how I'm justifying in my head.  Anyway, I've officially been up for way too many hours and I'm dying to get in this ginormous king bed staring at me from the other side of the hotel room!  Have a lovely weekend and as always, thanks so much for stopping by! xx.

P.S. Don't forget to follow along with me this weekend at #NYFW!

Green Lace

Top: Chicwish | Jeans: J Brand {faves} | Hat: Rag & Bone | Handbag: ZAC Zac Posen c/o | Shoes: Jimmy Choo | Watch: Michele c/o | Bracelet: David Yurman | Sunglasses: Prada | Ring: David Yurman | Lips: YSL 'Rouge Volupte Shine' #6

I know, I know, I went from shorts + sandals in yesterday's post to a wool fedora today, but that's how crazy the weather has been here!  We had the most beautiful weekend, but then today it's back in the 40's and super cold at night.  For now, we'll just soak up the sunshine every chance we get and pray for Spring!!

To say I have a lot to do today is an understatement!  I'm flying out super early tomorrow morning to NYC so today is all about last minute errands, packing and lots and lots of checklists!!  Cheers to NYFW, lovelies!

Thanks so much of stopping by, x.
