Chambray + Camel

Top: J.Crew {also love this} | Jeans: Current/Elliott | Scarf: Calypso {30% off with code ENJOY30, also love this + this wrap scarf} | Shoes: Manolo Blahnik | Handbag: Chloe | Watch: MK | Bracelet: Brandy Pham | Lips: MAC Liner 'Stripdown' + MAC Lipstick

Simple, casual-chic looks are my favorite for not wanting to look too overdressed, but still super cute.  In my opinion, chambray is such a closet staple that you can wear year around.  And honestly, one of my favorite things to pull out during the cooler months is white denim.  I know, I know it breaks so many of the Winter rules, but they look so chic paired with oversized sweaters and outerwear.  And, let's be serious, who really cares about those rules anyways?! :)

I hope you're all having a great week so far!  I've been busy tying up loose ends while getting ready for the new year.  I can't believe it's the end of 2015 - I feel like we should be somewhere around the middle, if that!  I guess time flies when you're having fun!  I'm also super excited about celebrating New Years Eve tomorrow night!  We're having a little, fancy night in with some of our best friends and popping the champagne allll night long!  What are you doing to ring in the new year?!

Thanks so much for stopping by, xx.

Grey + Blush Neutrals

Tank: Urban Outfitters | Cardigan: Old {similar here + here} | Jeans: Current/Elliott {also just ordered these for a darker wash} | Shoes: Gianvito Rossi {obsessed, similar here} | Handbag: Prada {also love this} | Watch: Michele | Bracelets: David Yurman {onetwothree} + Vintage Chanel | Ring: David Yurman | Necklace: Charleston Rice Beads | Bralette: Anine Bing | Lips: MAC Liner 'Stripdown' + MAC Lipstick

Hi there, lovelies -

Well, we officially made it through the holidays, with just one left to go!  I loved every minute of spending time with our friends & family - laughing around the dinner table, watching them open their gifts that we put so much thought in to and simply making memories together.

This grey + blush neutral outfit is full of closet staples.  Unfortunately we had anything but a white Christmas - more like 70 degrees, so sweaters and boots were not even an option.  A slim fit pair of boyfriend jeans and a long cardigan seemed appropriate for dressing practical + chic for one of our family dinners over the weekend and most of all, comfortable.  Also, can we all take a moment of silence for these killer shoes?! :) I've been searching for the perfect pair of grey pumps for months now and when I came across these, I couldn't resist.  The perfect shades of white, light grey and dark grey and stappy?!  Done and done!

Sequin Jacket + Pops of Blush

Sequin Jacket: Paper Crown | Top: Club Monaco | Jeans: Current/Elliott {on sale!} | Bag: Prada | Shoes: Valentino {less than $100 dupe} | Watch: Michele | Bracelets: David Yurman {onetwothree} | Ring: David Yurman | Sunglasses: Cèline | Lips: Lancome

Merry Christmas Eve!!

Just a casual, easy outfit with pops of blush and a little sparkle for today.  When I saw this feminine jacket, I fell in love with the color + texture.  It's the perfect addition to any outfit and adds a bit of glam to an otherwise simple look.  Also, if you're looking for something to layer over your NYE outfit, this jacket is a great option for that, too!

I hope you all have a lovely Christmas Eve and enjoy it with your family + friends!  We always spend Christmas Eve with J's parents - eating dinner, sitting by the fire, playing games and watching Christmas movies.  Each year, we buy each other new pajamas to spend the evening in and it's one of my favorite traditions.  There's just something so magical about tonight, whether you're a child waiting on Santa or an adult soaking up each moment with your loved ones.  Cheers, lovelies!

Grey + Blush

 Sweater: Nordstrom {less than $50} | Jeans: Current/Elliott | Hat: Janessa Leone | Shoes: Valentino {less than $100 dupe} | Bag: Prada | Sunglasses: Cèline {also just bought these & I'm obsessed} | Lips: Lancome 'Barry Haute'

This outfit couldn't be more 'me' if it tried.  I've been wearing so much red + plaid lately (trying to be festive) that it feels so great to get back to normal and wear grey + blush, instead.  I LOVE this cow neck sweater and the price point it pretty amazing too!  You've probably noticed this already, but when it's chilly outside, you'll normally find me in a pair of skinnies, an oversized, cozy sweater and a chic hat.  Three of my favorite things, by far!

I hope you're all having a great week so far and tackling your to-do list like I am!  I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve!!  Although it's the same day every year, it never fails to sneak up on me. I couldn't be more excited to spend the weekend with my sweet family + friends and remember the true reason for the season.

Christmas in the Mountains

 Cardigan: Calypso {such a closet staple + currently 30% off with code ENJOY30, similar + here} | Tank: Topshop | Jeans: Current/Elliott | Scarf: Burberry {$20 dupe} | Booties: Vince {on sale!} | Hat: Nordstrom {on sale!} | Watch: MK | Bracelets: David Yurman {herehere + here} | Sunglasses: Cèline | Lips: Lancome 'Contain Yourself'

Over the weekend, we took a little road trip to North Carolina to see some of our family and have a little early Christmas celebration.  Although quite chilly, it was the most beautiful day and perfect for horse riding.  I'm definitely not the pro that J and his family are, but it was so much fun!  We got to ride on and around the mountain where J and his family used to live and where he and his dad built their barn about 15 years ago.  After a full day of riding, catching up with old friends and family, we spent the evening in this quaint little cabin in the woods.  It was so charming - full of fireplaces, Christmas decor and cozy throws.  Definitely the perfect weekend getaway, full of so much laughter, family and love!

It's officially the week of Christmas and I couldn't be more excited!  I only have TWO more presents to buy and I'm officially done!!  What about you guys?  Only 3 more sleeps tip Santa comes!

Thanks so much for stopping by, xx.
